Educational Degree Certificate Attestation for Qatar

For Educational Degree Certificates– Qatar Embassy requires and Attests the certificate only with consolidated/final year mark sheet and Verification letter from the University. All the three documents, degree Certificate, mark sheet and Verification Letter has to be attested together. There are certain compulsory supporting documents to be attached along with the original Educational certificates to be attested:

• The degree certificate has to be accompanied with final year mark-sheet.
• The degree has to be from Government recognized Institute/ University.
• The course has to be a full time course with affiliation to universities- UGC/AICTE/NAAC.
• Verification Letter from the respective University or College- Qatar Embassy Compulsorily requires verification letter from concerned University to be submitted along with the certificate. Without this verification letter the Educational Degree Certificate will not be attested. And the Verification Letter has to bear a mandatory Attestation from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

• Attestation from the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New Delhi;

• Attestation by Maharashtra Home Department
• Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
• Attestation from the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New Delhi;

• Attestation by Sub Division Magistrate (SDM), New Delhi
• Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
• Attestation from the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New Delhi;

Commercial Documents Attestation

• Attestation by respective Chamber Of Commerce
• Attestation from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
• Attestation from the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New Delhi

Attestation of educational and personal documents by the Embassy of the State of Qatar, New Delhi requires submission of the following papers and fees:

• Original documents to be attested;
• One clear photocopy of each document;
• One clear photocopy of the passport;
• Embassy’s fees per document;
• Our service charges per document

In the case of attestation of commercial papers, the following documents and fees are required to be submitted:

• Original documents duly attested by the respective Chamber of Commerce under the name and designation seal of the Attesting Officer and the seal of the Chamber of Commerce;
• One clear photocopy of all the documents;
• One Covering Letter addressed to the Embassy
• Embassy’s fees per document as determined by them after checking the documents;
